It takes a lot to start a community. Property purchase, renovations, converting a parking lot into a farm and more. We are aspiring toward a vision of community that is accessible, beautiful and based on sharing and mutual care. We have the opportunity for several more interest-bearing loans to help support our launch and start-up costs in the first 5 years. Loan minimum is $50,000.
We've got a lot of painting to do. And getting the greenhouse built. Lots of tasks and mostly weekend work parties. We will fit you in with whatever time you've got in 4 hour increments. Bring friends, we'll bring snacks.
