It takes a lot to start a community. Property purchase, renovations, converting a parking lot into a farm and more. We are aspiring toward a vision of community that is accessible, beautiful and based on sharing and mutual care. We have the opportunity for several more interest-bearing loans to help support our launch and start-up costs in the first 5 years. Loan minimum is $50,000.
We've got a lot of painting to do. And putting together our new kitchen cabinets., And getting the greenhouse built. Lots of tasks and mostly weekend work parties. We will fit you in with whatever time you've got in 4 hour increments. Bring friends, we'll bring snacks. Now scheduling all weekends in May and June, 10 am-5 pm.
